Master Digital Pte. Ltd. (“Master Digital”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing and web design company based in Singapore.

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used and handled across the grow.masterdigitalmedia.com campaign environment, including the MASTER Google Growth System™ and MASTER Meta Growth System™ pages and the enquiry and application forms on them.

It is written with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) as the relevant privacy framework. It does not represent a certification, accreditation or guarantee of compliance.

This website does not currently load third-party analytics, advertising or cookie-tracking tags such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags or the Meta Pixel.

The site stores campaign information for your visit — such as the landing page, referrer, UTM parameters and any advertising click identifiers in the link you arrived from — in your browser’s session storage, so that it can be submitted with an enquiry form. This information is cleared when you close your browser tab or session.

If analytics or advertising measurement tools are introduced in future, this policy will be updated to describe them.

When you arrive from an advertisement or campaign link, campaign parameters and identifiers such as UTM parameters, GCLID and FBCLID may be collected where present, to help us understand which advertisement or campaign generated an enquiry.

These identifiers relate to the campaign or click rather than to you personally, and we do not use them on their own to identify an individual. Personal details entered into our forms are not included in campaign measurement parameters.

Master Digital may use appropriate third-party service providers to operate its business and this website, such as:

We may need to verify your identity, and we may be unable to action a request where the law allows or requires us to retain the information.
