Terms & Conditions
MASTER Growth Systems
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern participation in the MASTER Growth Systems and the use of related services provided by Master Digital Pte. Ltd. (“Master Digital”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Singapore. They apply to the relevant MASTER Growth System purchased by the client, being the MASTER Google Growth System™ or the MASTER Meta Growth System™.
By accepting a proposal, making payment or commencing the programme, the client agrees to these Terms together with the commercial terms set out in the applicable proposal.
Where a separately signed service agreement or proposal contains different commercial terms, that signed agreement or proposal takes precedence for those specific terms.
2. The MASTER Growth Systems
MASTER Google Growth System™ — depending on the scope agreed with the client, this programme may include:
- Website design and development
- Website management and maintenance
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Google Ads campaign management
- Google Business Profile / Google Maps management
- Reporting and ongoing optimisation
MASTER Meta Growth System™ — depending on the scope agreed with the client, this programme may include:
- Content creation (shoot and edit) for Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Meta Ads campaign management across Facebook and Instagram
- Website design and development
- Website management and maintenance
- Reporting and ongoing optimisation
Organic social media management is not included in the MASTER Meta Growth System programme fee. It is an optional add-on that applies only where the client has expressly agreed to it.
Services are provided according to the scope agreed with the client. Neither programme includes unlimited work, unlimited requests or work outside the agreed scope.
3. Programme fee
The standard promotional MASTER Growth System programme fees are:
- MASTER Google Growth System: S$999 per month (S$5,994 over the minimum commitment)
- MASTER Meta Growth System: S$1,199 per month (S$7,194 over the minimum commitment)
- Minimum commitment: 6 months
These fees apply unless different terms are expressly agreed in writing by Master Digital.
4. Advertising spend
Advertising and media spend is not included in either monthly programme fee.
- MASTER Google Growth System: Google advertising spend is separate from Master Digital’s programme fee and is paid separately by the client.
- MASTER Meta Growth System: Meta advertising spend is separate from Master Digital’s programme fee and is paid separately by the client directly to Meta through the applicable advertising account and payment method.
Advertising budgets are not Master Digital service fees. Master Digital does not guarantee results based on any particular advertising budget.
5. Six-month minimum commitment
The promotional MASTER Growth System requires a minimum six-month service commitment.
By entering the programme, the client commits to six monthly payments of the applicable programme fee (S$5,994 in total for the Google Growth System or S$7,194 for the Meta Growth System), unless different terms have been expressly agreed in writing.
The programme is not month-to-month during the initial six-month commitment. The client cannot cancel the programme after one or several months and avoid the remaining commitment. The promotional pricing and the waived MASTER Website fee are provided on the basis of the full six-month commitment.
6. Early termination
If the client chooses to terminate the programme before completing the initial six-month commitment, the remaining programme fees for the initial commitment period remain payable, unless Master Digital expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Master Digital may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary due to:
- Material breach of the agreement
- Unlawful or prohibited activity
- Non-payment
- Misuse of the services
- Conduct that creates material legal, security or platform risk
Where reasonably appropriate, Master Digital will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach before terminating.
Termination does not remove amounts already due, or amounts payable under the initial programme commitment.
7. After the initial six months
Once the initial six-month commitment has been completed, the service continues on a month-to-month basis at the then-applicable agreed service fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A further six-month commitment is not created automatically.
After the initial commitment, either party may terminate the ongoing service by giving 30 days’ written notice.
Any change to pricing or scope after the initial programme will be communicated to the client and agreed before it takes effect.
8. MASTER Website fee waiver
The MASTER Website has an established promotional value of S$1,499. For eligible MASTER Growth System clients, the S$1,499 website design fee is waived when the client commits to the full six-month programme.
The website is not an unconditional free gift. The fee waiver is tied to the programme commitment, and early termination does not automatically remove the client’s obligation to complete the agreed programme payments.
The client remains responsible for the monthly programme payments and for separate advertising spend. “Free” refers only to the website design fee.
9. Website scope
The promotional MASTER Website Package covers, according to the agreed scope:
- Up to 8 pages
- Responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop
- WhatsApp and call functionality
- Contact or registration forms
- Content and image assistance according to the agreed scope
- SSL
- SEO setup and tools
- Domain and hosting for the applicable included period
- Website maintenance according to the package scope
The package does not include unlimited pages, revisions, design concepts, copywriting, photography, custom development, integrations or functionality. Anything outside the agreed scope may require additional charges, quoted before the work begins.
10. Optional add-ons & additional work
Optional add-ons, such as organic social media management under the MASTER Meta Growth System, are charged in addition to the monthly programme fee and apply only where the client has expressly agreed to them.
Work requested outside the agreed programme scope may be separately quoted and agreed before it begins.
11. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing, accurately and on time, the information, materials and cooperation needed for the services, which may include:
- Business information
- Approvals and feedback
- Content, logos, images and brand assets
- Credentials and account access
- Advertising account access
- Platform permissions
- Legally required disclosures
- Any other information necessary to perform the services
Master Digital is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, access or approvals.
The client remains responsible for ensuring that its products, services, claims and business activities comply with applicable laws and platform requirements, and that any materials supplied to Master Digital may lawfully be used for the programme.
12. Google services
Under the MASTER Google Growth System, Master Digital may manage Google Ads campaigns, perform SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, content work, technical recommendations and Search Console and Analytics setup, and assist with the optimisation and management of the client’s Google Business Profile.
Google controls its own platforms, algorithms, policies, approvals, verification, suspension and reinstatement processes. Master Digital cannot guarantee ad approval, rankings, placements or any particular outcome on Google’s platforms.
The client must provide accurate business information for its Google Business Profile.
13. Meta services
Under the MASTER Meta Growth System, Master Digital may produce content and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns within the agreed scope.
Meta controls its own advertising platform, review and approval processes, policies, account systems and algorithms. Master Digital cannot guarantee ad approval, account standing, delivery, reach or any particular outcome on Meta’s platforms.
Meta advertising spend is paid by the client directly to Meta and is separate from the programme fee.
14. Results & performance
Master Digital does not guarantee:
- Google rankings or Google Maps rankings
- Advertising placement, impressions or clicks
- Leads, enquiries, sales or revenue
- Conversion rates, return on ad spend or profitability
- SEO performance or Meta performance
Results depend on factors outside Master Digital’s control, including:
- Competition and market conditions
- Advertising budget
- Customer demand
- Platform algorithms and platform policies
- Targeting and creative performance
- The client’s offer and pricing
- Website behaviour
- Client responsiveness
Master Digital will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill, but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
15. Payment & late payment
Programme payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule and invoice. Payment must be made by the due date shown on the invoice or agreement.
If a payment becomes overdue, Master Digital may provide notice requesting payment. If payment remains outstanding for 7 days after its due date, Master Digital may pause or suspend ongoing work and services until the outstanding amount is paid.
Suspension due to non-payment does not cancel or reduce amounts properly due under the agreement. Any debt recovery rights remain subject to applicable law.
16. Ownership & intellectual property
After all amounts properly due to Master Digital have been paid, the client may own the final client-specific website content and bespoke deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to the exclusions below.
Master Digital retains ownership of its:
- Pre-existing materials
- Reusable methods, frameworks and processes
- Know-how
- Templates and reusable components
- Tools and internal systems
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms, including where applicable plugins, software, platforms, themes, fonts, stock photography and assets, APIs, hosting technology and other third-party services. Master Digital does not transfer ownership of assets it does not legally own.
Logos, trademarks, content and other materials provided by the client remain the property of the client or its licensors.
17. Domain & hosting
Domain and hosting arrangements depend on the package purchased and the agreed proposal, including the period for which any domain or hosting is included. Hosting is not provided free of charge indefinitely.
Where third-party domain registrars or hosting providers are involved, those services are also subject to the third party’s own terms.
18. Third-party platforms
The services may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including Google, Meta, hosting providers, domain providers, analytics providers, software and platform providers, and other advertising or technology services.
These third parties operate under their own terms, policies and systems. Master Digital cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability, approval or functionality of third-party services, and is not responsible for platform decisions outside its reasonable control, such as account restrictions, ad rejection, algorithm changes or service outages.
19. Portfolio use
Master Digital may display completed, publicly available work created for a client in Master Digital’s portfolio, website, presentations, social media and marketing materials for the purpose of demonstrating its services.
This may include the client’s business name, logo and screenshots or visual representations of completed work where reasonably necessary to identify or demonstrate the project.
If a client does not want their work displayed, they may request this in writing and Master Digital will reasonably consider and honour the request where appropriate.
Master Digital will not disclose confidential or non-public client information for portfolio purposes. Where a separate confidentiality agreement or written agreement restricts portfolio use, that agreement takes precedence.
20. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public confidential information from the other in connection with the services. Each party will use that information only for the purposes of the engagement and will not disclose it to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law, or is reasonably necessary to authorised employees, contractors or service providers who need the information to perform the services and who are subject to appropriate obligations.
Information that is already publicly available, becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or is independently known to the receiving party is not treated as confidential merely because it relates to the client.
21. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, Master Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or loss of anticipated savings, arising in connection with the services.
Master Digital’s liability is assessed having regard to the fees paid for the services and to the matters outside its reasonable control described in these Terms, including third-party platform decisions.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any mandatory applicable legal requirements.
23. Changes to these Terms
Master Digital may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always shows its latest update date at the top of this page.
Changes to these Terms do not retroactively alter the commercial terms of an agreement or proposal a client has already entered into, where doing so would be unlawful.
